Laurence Hallier, Developer
Developer Laurence Hallier is a successful entrepreneur, accomplished
real estate developer, and leader in the media and advertising industry.
Mr. Hallier has developed and invested in various real estate projects
including: various apartment unit complexes; development of more than
80 acres of home-sites in Las Vegas; and most recently developing Las
Vegas premier industrial park encompassing 60 acres of land on Las Vegas
Boulevard and Sunset Road. In addition, in 1994 Mr. Hallier founded
and built Taxi Tops, the largest mobile advertising company in the world,
which was sold to Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (NYSE Symbol: CCU)
in August 2000, for $120 million. During this time, Mr. Hallier also
established Show Media, a Las Vegas billboard company which, was also
purchased by Clear Channel Communications in January 2003, in a development
deal valued at $21 million. Mr. Hallier is also the founder and President
of SkyMedia, a diversified airline advertising and marketing company.
Howard Yates, Construction Manager
Howard Yates is an experienced construction consultant who has worked
on projects in the USA and the Bahamas. With 32 years of experience
in all phases of the construction industry ranging from office buildings
to hospitals, from retail to residential high-rise, Mr. Yates brings
to Panorama Towers his expert ability of conceptual design and cost
control in construction. Mr. Yates served as Vice President of MBC Consultants,
a Texas based firm, specializing in construction management and consulting
services. Mr. Yates has been responsible for forty-five projects totaling
nearly 19 million square feet and $20 billion dollars of construction.
Chris Yergensen, Esq., Vice President, Corporate Counsel
Chris Yergensen is an experienced real estate attorney in Las Vegas.
Prior to joining Panorama, Mr. Yergensen served as Corporate Counsel
for Realty Management, Inc., and was lead counsel in helping secure
debt and equity funding exceeding $250 million for the acquisition and
construction of additional properties. Prior to Realty Management, Inc.,
Mr. Yergensen worked as a real estate attorney for Jones Vargas, Las
Vegas’ largest law firm. Mr. Yergensen represented numerous gaming
companies in the development of multi-billion dollar investments on
Las Vegas Boulevard, including the New York, New York Hotel and Casino,
the Paris Hotel and Casino, and the MGM expansion.
Robert Beenken, Vice President of Finance
Bob Beenken has nearly twenty years of accounting and finance experience
in the real estate development industry, as Chief Financial Officer
of entities in Honolulu and Las Vegas. The vast majority of his experience
is in residential and high-rise development. Prior to joining Panorama
Mr. Beenken served as Project Accountant for Park Towers, a $130 million
dollar luxury high-rise condominium tower project in Las Vegas. Mr.
Beenken was a principal with Ernest & Young and a Senior Vice President
of Finance & Operations for a bank in Honolulu.
